The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and activities in downtown. the waterfront view from the room's balcony is stunning, offering a picturesque sight of the sandbar during low tide. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing helpful directions and even supplying umbrellas. the room itself is spacious and modern, featuring a comfortable king bed, sofa, Keurig coffee service, and a small fridge. the hotel's lobby is cozy and welcoming, making guests feel right at home.
The lack of a concierge or staff to go over details about the nearby park may be inconvenient for some guests.

Great location and staff, as advertised. I had coffee at Trailhead Cafe, located within 5 minutes walk. My experience here was good.

Great view of the bay, very comfortable bed.
Not informed of the "end of the season". The spa was closed for the season. We were looking forward to relaxing in the spa, having a massage, etc. as part of our trip. There was no one available to help with luggage on arrival. We had to get a luggage cart, unload the car and park without the option of assistance.

Our city trip was amazing! We loved the fact that the hotel is located in the heart of the town and we could walk everywhere. , the staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to suggesting great restaurants and activities nearby. The pool area was also a great place to hang out after a long day of sightseeing.
That the hotel room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. , the parking situation was a bit of a challenge as there were not enough spaces available for all guests.

We were extremely impressed with the Harborside Hotel and Marina. We stayed for only two nights and were very dissapointed that we did not stay at the Harborside for the majority of our trip. We will definately be back!! From the outstanding staff to the location and beautiful scenery, I highly recommend the Harborside!!
Nothing at all, this was a top notch hotel.

Great view from the room and nice bathroom amenities. the hotel's fitness center was also quite good. It's situated in a prime location with easy access to shops and restaurants.
The staff were not attentive to guests and seemed uninterested in engaging with us. the room was overpriced for the amenities provided and the room service was poor with long wait times.

Good location and after changing rooms a couple of times we did get a good sized room with a good view.
The concierge recommended us a Restaurant out side the hotel that was completely awful and it turned out to be owned by the hotel so was not and independent recommendation. I was very disappointed about that,.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of downtown, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding area. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed with a cozy bed and a clean, well-stocked bathroom. I was also impressed by the range of amenities provided, including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.
For those looking for a high-quality hotel with enhanced comfort and quality services, I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

We had a easy time getting out of the hotel and off to our activities. We enjoyed the resturant and staff, very friendly.
The room we were in was next to the service door, there was a limited view of the harbor. We were charged a twenty five dollar a day activity fee. The pool was cold and the spa was under staffed and expensive. I would like a refund of my 25.00 dollar a day spa fee. Who do I contact for the refund?

Staff were terrific. Restaurant and bar provide excellent food and service and ambiance. Concierge very helpful. Location is best in town for access to shops and restaurants, yet right on the water. We have stayed here many times and always come back whenever we visit Bar Harbor. No complaints at all. highly recommend.

Location. Very nce bar/dining areas.
Room was very small and private deck almost unable to hold two chairs. Overpriced and unimpressive wine selections.
